NUFinancials sends automated email notifications to Requesters and Approvers in the following scenarios:
Scenario 1: Email sent to Requester when cart has been assigned by Shopper:
- This notifies the Requester that they should retreive the Shopper's assigned cart in iBuyNU and complete a Catalog requisition for it in NUFinancials.
Scenario 2: Email sent to Approver when requisition has been submitted by Requester:
- This notifies the Approver that they need to access the requisition via the email link (or their approval inbox) to review this transaction for approval.
