See Exceptions in Expense Reports
New Functionality Provides Easy Viewing of Exceptions
Two exception indicators now show up on expense reports and are searchable in the Approval Inbox.
- Expense Report submitters can mark if there is an exception:
- 90-Day Exception
- Other Policy Exception, such as missing receipts
- Approvers can also use the checkboxes
- Fields are optional; reports will not show exceptions
- Exception forms are still paper-based, and must be signed and attached to the report electronically
Approval Inbox Exception Filters
Approvers can filter for Expense Reports that have a 90-Day or Other Exception by selecting "yes" or "no" from the dropdown.
