New Functionality Provides Easy Viewing of Exceptions

Two exception indicators now show up on expense reports and are searchable in the Approval Inbox.

Expenses now have a way to track exceptions


  • Expense Report submitters can mark if there is an exception:
    • 90-Day Exception
    • Other Policy Exception, such as missing receipts
  • Approvers can also use the checkboxes
  • Fields are optional; reports will not show exceptions
  • Exception forms are still paper-based, and must be signed and attached to the report electronically

Approval Inbox Exception Filters

Approvers can filter for Expense Reports that have a 90-Day or Other Exception by selecting "yes" or "no" from the dropdown.
